ORDER, HANDMADE & RETURN POLICIES

HANDMADE ORDER TIMELINE

Every Heyyodi Made bikini is handmade with lovies just for you! 🩷 Because each piece is individually cut and sewn, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for standard handmade bikini orders to be completed.

HV Handmade custom orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for completion because the specialty materials must first be ordered and shipped to me before I can begin making your bikini.

These timeframes are estimates and begin once your order, sizing, and design details are finalized. Shipping/transit time to you is not included in the handmade processing timeframe.

READY-TO-SHIP BIKINIS

Bikinis may be returned as long as all original tags are attached and the hygienic barrier remains fully intact.

For hygiene purposes, all bikini bottoms MUST be tried on over underwear.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Any returned bikini that shows signs of wear, use, washing, staining, removal of the hygienic barrier, or other damage may not qualify for a refund, and the buyer may be responsible for the full purchase price.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, Heyyodi Made will provide the return shipping label.

The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.

CUSTOM-MADE BIKINIS

Because custom bikinis are handmade specifically to the measurements and preferences provided by the buyer, custom orders are generally final sale.

If a custom bikini obviously does not fit, please contact Heyyodi Made.

If the buyer would like the custom bikini to be completely remade, a 20% remake fee will apply due to the additional time and materials required to create another custom piece. H⚡️V handmade products may be subject to 50% fee due to their costs.

If the buyer chooses not to have the custom bikini remade, the eligible purchase price will be refunded, less a 20% custom-order fee and the cost of the return shipping label. H⚡️V returns will include a 50% fee.

Custom returns must also be returned with all original tags attached and the hygienic barrier intact and must meet all hygiene and return requirements listed above.

CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS

Please carefully double-check all measurements before submitting your custom order.

Fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements provided by the buyer are not considered a maker error.

Because your bikini is made specifically to the measurements you provide, Heyyodi Made cannot guarantee fit when incorrect or inaccurate measurements are submitted.

WHEN REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received by Heyyodi Made, inspected, and approved for return.

Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund. All returned items must meet the applicable return and hygiene requirements before a refund is issued.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once an approved refund has been issued by Heyyodi Made, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for the refund to appear on your original payment method, bank account, or credit/debit card statement.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider and are outside of Heyyodi Made’s control once the refund has been issued.
